Top 10 Things We Want in GTA 6

Jason and Lucia

Let’s keep it a buck: GTA V gave us a satirical playground with fast cars, chaotic missions, and online shenanigans that still slap a decade later. But Rockstar has been eating off that same plate for years. So with GTA 6 officially in the works, it’s time to raise the bar—and the stakes. Here’s what we, the players, want. No fluff. No filler. Just facts.

1. Robust Heists (From Jump, Not Years Later)

GTA V teased us with high-octane heists during the campaign, then made us wait forever to get anything decent in Online. GTA 6 needs a full-scale heist system at launch—solo and co-op. Let us plan, recruit, buy gear, scout the location, and improvise when it all goes sideways. Give us choices that actually affect the outcome. And if you’re really bold, let us n fail forward, with consequences that follow.

2. A Dynamic Stock Market That Actually Matters

Stock market

Remember the stock market in GTA V? You either manipulated it during Lester's missions or ignored it altogether. We want a real-time, chaotic and corrupt AF stock market tied to in-game events. Blow up a rival’s trucks? Their shares plummet. Invest in a startup, sabotage their competitor, and watch your portfolio rise. And make it accessible online and offline.

3. Buyable Property That Actually Feels Lived-In

Sure, we could buy penthouses and arcades in GTA Online—but most of them felt like sterile money sinks. We want customizable property with purpose: stash spots, NPC interactions, in-game bonuses, even passive income options. Want to roleplay as a corrupt landlord? A nightclub mogul? A broke couch-surfer trying to flip a trap house? Let us live that fantasy.

4. A Living, Breathing World with AI That Reacts

NPCs in GTA V were decent, but mostly background noise. GTA 6 should have next-gen AI behavior—citizens that remember you, snitch on you, form grudges, or reward you for kindness. If I rob a bodega and come back two weeks later, that owner better remember my face and not just act like it’s a regular Tuesday.

5. Multiple Cities or a Truly Massive Map

GTA 6 MAP

We’ve seen the leaks—Vice City’s coming back. Good. But why stop there? Give us multi-city gameplay. Vice City, Carcer City, maybe even a trip across the border. Think San Andreas, but supersized and seamless. Bonus points if each city has different laws, gangs, and opportunities.

6. A Morality/Infamy System

Let your reputation matter. If I’m a savage in the streets, let that come with consequences: higher security, bounty hunters, people crossing the street when I walk by. On the flip side, help people out, and maybe you get perks—discounts, allies, or new mission paths. Think Fable or Red Dead 2 meets the underworld.

7. Better Gunplay & Combat Mechanics

Let’s be real—GTA V combat felt like duct tape and vibes. Gunplay should be tight, brutal, and satisfying, with smarter cover systems, environmental destruction, and meaningful weapon upgrades. Don’t give us 80 guns if 75 of them feel like water pistols.

8. Female Protagonist

female badass

It’s 2025. We deserve a diverse cast, including a female lead who’s more than just a femme fatale or background eye candy. Whether it’s a grifter, gang leader, or ex-cop gone rogue, give her depth, style, and playable missions that feel fresh.

9. Co-Op Campaign (Optional but Dope)

GTA Online is a party. But why not let us run the story mode with a friend? Drop-in co-op that doesn’t interrupt the narrative would be a huge W. Let players control different protagonists during missions, split up for side tasks, or just goof off between jobs.

10. Mod Support on Console (Don’t Gatekeep the Fun)

Mods have extended the life of GTA V for a whole generation, but most console players missed out. Let GTA 6 be the game that embraces limited mod support on consoles—skins, cars, side missions, even music stations. Curated, safe, and community-driven. You want longevity? This is how you get it.

Final Thoughts:

Rockstar, we’re not just hungry—we’re starving. We’ve been loyal through shark cards, loading screens, and 10-year-old textures. GTA 6 has a shot at being the GOAT—but only if it respects the legacy and levels up the experience. These aren’t just wish list items. These are expectations.
